Cancellation and Return Policy

This policy explains cancellation and return rules for personalised Ealth Emergency Health Cards.

Personalised Product

Ealth Emergency Health Cards are personalised products created using the health and contact information submitted during checkout.

Because each card is made for a specific person, we do not accept returns for this product once the order has been placed and processed.

No Returns

There is no return available for Ealth Emergency Health Cards. Please review all card details carefully before placing your order.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect details submitted by the customer, colour preference changes, or no longer needing the product.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be considered only if the card has not yet entered production or processing.

Once personalisation, printing, encoding, packing, or dispatch has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the product is already being prepared specifically for you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect card, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After review, we may offer a suitable resolution such as correction or replacement when the issue is verified and was not caused by incorrect details submitted during checkout.

Customer-Submitted Information

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all names, blood group details, emergency contact details, and shipping information are accurate before submitting the order.

We are not responsible for errors printed on the card when those errors match the information provided by the customer.
